The Volume control has an incredible amount of boost. Perfect for boosting a tube amp into pure overdrive.
The Gain control goes from gritty clean to all out distortion. Even with the gain maxed the Shove cleans up to a gritty boost tone with the guitar volume knob.
The Shove can be powered by battery or a 9v (negative center pin) adapter. It is true bypass and has a high luminosity LED.
